Refund policy

At The Old Way Trad Co., every piece is made to order or produced in limited runs, Because of that, we keep our return policy simple and fair. 

We Accept returns or exchanges only if an item arrives, damaged, defective, or incorrect. Products must be unworn and unwashed. 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at Support@theoldwaytradco.com and include: Order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect so we can fix the issue. 

Once approved, we'll replace the product or issue a refund at no additional cost to you. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for: incorrect size selection, buyers remorse, or normal wear and tear.
